About Tabitha & Wellspring Photography

What I love about my job is that it brings together so many of my favorite things: art, family, weddings, children, animals, and nature. Most of all I love connecting with others. It is important to me to make that connection during a photo session (and in life), and then to capture it through my lens. Getting to do that as my job is truly a blessing especially if I can capture significant moments for others that will last a lifetime.

We Are Family:) *Michigan Family Photography*

Meet the Spohn Family: they took a break from their summer activities to have family photos done while all together on vacation:)  Time passes so quickly and kids grow up so fast…so, what better time to do a family session than while on vacation? ESPECIALLY when the cousins are still young and having a blast -simply enjoying the summer. The kids told me they'd been having SO much fun swimming, water-skiing and tubing at Grandma & Grandpa's house; sounds like good times to me:):)

Here's the whole bunch…

and the two who started it all…

The cousins having too much fun!

Spohn Fam: Thanks so much for having me out for photos! I had a GREAT time and I loved all the freckles, bare feet & sunglasses! Hope you all had tons of fun at the Imagination Station and are enjoying the rest of summer:)

I have maybe 2 or 3 more July dates to do photos so contact me asap if YOU would like to have family photos done!

More From Tommy & Jayne’s Wedding!!! *Toledo Wedding Photography*

Wednesday, June 8th, 2011

What a blessing to have had such a beautiful day for Tommy & Jayne's wedding:) These two are just so sweet and I absolutely loved how personal and simple their ceremony & reception were. The dress and flowers were almost as stunning as Jayne:)

Tommy & Jayne couldn't have been any happier to say their vows while surrounded by their closest friends and family…all of whom had traveled from out of town to share in their big day. What a great way to start off wedding season with these two and shooting with Phil again! Here's a bigger sneak peek of some of my faves to tide the happy couple over til their photos are all ready (almost done!)

Enjoy…

And some of my favorite's from Phil's…

Tommy & Jayne: We wish you many years of joy and happiness. Thank you SO much for allowing us to share in your lovely wedding day. I hope you had an amazing time at the Outer Banks:) The rest of your photos will be done very soon and I can't WAIT for you to see them! It was such a pleasure getting to know your family & friends~ I hope everyone will enjoy the photos and memories from your beautiful wedding day!

Giving Back This Holiday Season…

Wednesday, December 15th, 2010

If you keep up with our Wellspring blogs at all you know by now

that Bethany & I love to give back to the community & to the world.

We have both been very blessed in our lives and know that not everyone is as fortunate as we are,

so we try to make a difference when we can!

This holiday season I would like you to consider making a donation to one of these 3 organizations;

you may want to make a donation as a gift in addition to all the gifts you are already giving to loved ones, or in lieu of gifts.

I usually like to give a modest gift AND make a donation:)

The first local charity is Serenity Farms in Luckey, Ohio.

SF is a farm that promotes animal assisted therapy for people with physical, mental or emotional disabilities.

I have done some volunteer work for them, grooming horses and cleaning stalls, but they could always use  more help.

I have volunteered for this second local organization as well.

Assistance Dogs of America Inc. is located in Swanton, Ohio

and is such a great group; they train therapy & service dogs, and these dogs change lives!

The volunteers and employees at ADAI are always working hard to help others;

click here to get more info about what they do & to see how you can be of assistance to them:)

My last charity is an organization that I have been donating to over the past year.

I sponsor a woman named Mary who was a victim of rape & war crimes in the Congo.

A donation each month to Women For Women helps a war survivor rebuild her life and  get educated.

What I love most about this program is that it teaches a victim how to help herself and how to make her life better.

Click here to find out how you can help a woman in need.

Even if you choose not  to make a donation to one of the charities I've suggested,

I hope that you will make a donation or volunteer for a charity or person in need this holiday season (and all year!).

And don't forget…for each new Facebook fan we get in December we will make a donation to Hannah's Socks!

If you are already a fan: suggest us to all your Facebook friends:)

Thank you SO much and I hope everyone has a very merry Christmas!
